Can I use insurance on the online store?
No. Online orders are paid by credit or debit card. To use insurance, call us at 347-405-9182 and we'll check your benefits for you.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping within the U.S.: orders under $50 are $9.95, $50 to $150 are $14.95, $150 to $200 are $19.95, and orders over $200 ship free.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship directly from the manufacturer. Most leave the warehouse within 1 to 10 business days depending on the item, plus transit time. You'll get an email when your order is placed and when it ships.
Can I return something?
Unused items in the original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Call or email us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, opened or used cannot be returned. Custom-color (Premium) and special-order items are final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping.
Is my information safe?
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not collect insurance or medical information through the online store.
