Our online store is for credit or debit card orders. Simply Divine also provides the items on this list through Medicare, Medicaid and all major insurances.

Shipping
Orders ship directly from the manufacturer (Danmar Products or BioSkin) to the address you enter at checkout. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 10 business days depending on the item, plus transit time. You'll get an email when your order is placed and when it ships.
Shipping within the U.S.: orders under $50 are $9.95; $50 to $150 are $14.95; $150 to $200 are $19.95; orders over $200 ship free.
Returns and refunds
Unused items in the original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Call 347-405-9182 or email [email protected] before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, opened or used cannot be returned. Custom-color (Premium) and special-order items are final sale.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refunded. Approved refunds go back to your original card within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to fill your order: your name, shipping address, email and phone number. We share your name and shipping address with the manufacturer that ships your order, and with our payment processor to complete your purchase. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
